Be Honest at the end of the world

Be Honest at the end of the world

I finished a new song called Be Honest. The reason why I called it that is because the vocal choir sample in the song sounds like it is saying be honest. Everything that I have been writing in my little studio in the mountains of Tzfat is being influenced by the war literally going on outside my window at certain times. I always thought that where I live wasn’t so close to Lebanon. I knew I was close but not this close. Sometimes we can feel the IDF airstrikes from there in Tzfat. Other times we have Iron Domes going off in the distance taking down enemy drones and rockets. It’s been an intense mood in Safed over the last few months and that feeling is definitely going into my songs. It’s not the end of the world of course but it’s always good to be honest. You can listen to the song here. I made a little music video for it. It’s also available on Spotify, Apple Music and all streaming services.
